Mr.s Li'l Willy's understands that we are only in business as long as you are completely satisfied.

If your are not completely satisfied with any product from our sugarhouse we will make it right with a replacement or full refund, whichever you prefer.

If your items are damaged during shipment we will send you replacement items we just ask that you please email photos of the damaged items and, if possible, photos of the damaged box, to sales@Mrslilwillys.com. 

 

We do ask that you check your addresses carefully. We cannot extend our guarantee to incorrectly addressed orders.​
